By requesting Get Digital to provide you with a duplicate copy of your source material, you are warranting that you are the owner of the source material you send to us, and you will use any copies that are created in a legitimate manner consistent with the copyright laws of the United States, and not for any improper or otherwise illegal purpose.

Get Digital cannot and will not keep any copy of the content provided to us. All source material sent to us will be returned to you, as you must possess the source material to have rightful ownership of the duplication. If/when you relinquish the ownership of your original copy you must, by law, dispose of any copy you possess.
